Vacation Care

Our opening hours are 7:30am - 6pm.

Any late pickups are charged at a rate of $50 for the first 10 minutes and $30 for each 10 minute period or part thereof.

Students must bring a hat, food for the day, a water bottle and must wear enclosed shoes every day.

Please take note of all bus times, our buses will not wait for late children, you will then need to find your own way to the venue.

Please note, we do NOT provide morning tea or lunch during vacation care, a small afternoon tea will be provided.

All Kindy, Year 1 and Year 2 children must wear the red OOSH shirt or jumper for excursions.

Our Vacation Care program runs during the NSW School holidays and caters for all days except for those which fall on a public holiday.

In April holidays, we will be closed on the last Friday of Vacation Care for staff training. The team also take a 3 week break over Christmas to relax, recharge and get themselves ready for a fun year ahead.

Our Programs

Bookings are open for all OOSH families. Bookings can be made via OWNA

  • Please submit your booking request through Owna only.

  • Be careful before booking your chosen days, as any cancellations will incur a $20 fee.

  • Please check the OWNA post for details of the closing date.

  • Any cancellations after the closing date will be charged at the full daily rate of $91.50 or $102.

  • Bookings made after the closing date will be charged late notice fee of $112.75 or $123 per day.

  • Due to waitlists, it is not possible to swap bookings to avoid cancellation fees.

We maintain a staff to child ratio of 1:15 for all in-centre activities, and 1:8 for excursions.

Excursions to the beach or involving water activities will always work toward a 1:5 ratio.
